Review discussion license

The reviewers and action editors agree to the following:

• Though the review discussion is confidential, text contributed by reviewers and action editors to the discussion may be incorporated into a published review summary (after approval by the authors). Therefore, the contributions to the review discussion by reviewers and action editors need to be flexibly licensed.
• All reviewers and action editors will be given the chance to sign the review summary. If so, their name will be listed as authors of the review summary.
• Each reviewer and action editor grants the journal, the editors, and other reviewers the right to incorporate text contributed during the review discussion into the review summary, and to have that review summary published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (“CC-BY”) with the names of the reviewers and editors who agree to sign the review summary listed as the authors.
